Boundaries of Support
Asuo Collective CIC provides non-clinical, community-based wellbeing activities. We do not offer:

Counselling or therapy

Clinical mental health treatment

Crisis intervention or emergency support
Our activities are designed to support reflection, learning, and connection in a community setting. Where individuals require additional or urgent support, we encourage them to seek help from appropriate professional or emergency services.

Recognising and Responding to Concerns
We encourage anyone involved with Asuo Collective CIC to raise concerns if they feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or worried about their own wellbeing or that of others.
Safeguarding concerns may include (but are not limited to):

Behaviour that causes harm or distress

Discrimination, harassment, or abuse

Breaches of boundaries or inappropriate conduct
All concerns will be taken seriously and handled sensitively and appropriately.

We aim to respond promptly and respectfully. Where necessary, concerns may be escalated in line with legal or safeguarding requirements.
