Our Work
At Asuo Collective CIC, our work focuses on delivering community-based, non-clinical wellbeing activities that encourage reflection, connection, and emotional resilience. Our activities are practical, accessible, and designed to support people in everyday life.
Community Forums
We host community forums that provide structured, respectful spaces for open conversation. These forums enable participants to share experiences, explore common challenges, and learn from one another within clear boundaries and safeguarding practices
Workshop and Events
Our workshops and events explore themes related to emotional wellbeing, resilience, and everyday coping. Sessions may include guided discussions, learning activities, and opportunities for reflection, delivered in a supportive and inclusive group setting
Community Conversations
We facilitate community conversations that centre lived experience and diverse perspectives. These conversations aim to reduce isolation, encourage understanding, and promote healthy dialogue around mental wellbeing.
One-to-One Wellbeing Conversation (Non Clinical)
In some circumstances, we may offer time-limited, informal one-to-one wellbeing conversations. These conversations are:
-
Non-clinical and non-therapeutic
-
Focused on listening, reflection, and signposting
-
Not ongoing or intensive support
Where additional or specialist support is needed, we encourage engagement with appropriate external services.
Resource & Signposting
We share accessible wellbeing resources and provide signposting to trusted external organisations and services to help individuals access further support beyond our community activities.
How our Work is Delivered
All our activities are delivered with:
-
Clear safeguarding practices
-
